Recently, our company (a laser cleaning foreign trade enterprise) dispatched a professional technical team to the customer’s factory in Thailand to conduct on-site sampling of laser cleaning equipment at the invitation of an important Thai customer. The purpose is to verify the equipment performance through on-site operation, help the customer solve surface cleaning problems such as oil stains and rust in production, and further promote the implementation of cooperation between the two parties.

This sampling focused on the customer’s core needs: efficient cleaning of stubborn oil stains, oxide layers on metal parts after processing in their factory, and residual impurities on mold surfaces. After the technical team of our company arrived at the site with self-developed high-power laser cleaning equipment, they first had in-depth communication with the customer’s technical director on production pain points and cleaning standards. Then, according to the material of the parts (stainless steel, aluminum alloy) and the type of pollutants, they accurately adjusted the equipment parameters (laser power, scanning speed, spot size) to ensure both cleaning effect and production efficiency. During the sampling process, the equipment showed significant advantages: no chemical agents required, no consumable residues, the surface roughness of the parts after cleaning met the customer’s precision requirements, and there was no damage to the base material. Compared with traditional sandblasting and pickling processes, the cleaning efficiency was improved by about 30%, and at the same time, it achieved green and environmentally friendly operations, fully meeting the customer’s dual demands for production process upgrading and environmental compliance.
The on-site director of the customer watched the sampling process throughout and highly recognized the stability, cleaning effect and operational convenience of the equipment. He clearly stated that the equipment performance exceeded expectations, laying a key foundation for subsequent bulk procurement and long-term cooperation. In addition, the technical team also had detailed communication with the customer on matters such as daily equipment maintenance and operation training, and provided a customized service plan, further strengthening the customer’s confidence in cooperation.
The success of this factory sampling in Thailand not only verifies the adaptability and competitiveness of our laser cleaning equipment in the overseas market, but also accumulates valuable experience for expanding the application market of laser cleaning in Southeast Asia. In the future, our company will continue to focus on the personalized needs of overseas customers, and through the model of “on-site sampling + customized services”, promote the wide application of laser cleaning technology in automobile manufacturing, hardware processing, mold maintenance and other fields, helping more overseas customers achieve production efficiency improvement and green transformation.
